Best Western North Phoenix Hotel

Very nice room. Clean and smelled refreshing. Looks to be recently remodeled? Anyways, one of the nicest hotels I’ve been in and was roughly 100$ as a member. Gal at the front desk was also super nice and helpful. Definitely a relief after an annoying day and getting out of the heat.

Recently spent 2 nights - it was a fabulous experience. Super clean, delicious breakfast, great parking & friendly, accommodating staff. But one employee stood out & I’d like to give Michelle O. a huge shout out. She was superb in giving out dining recommendations & the precise directions to get to each place. She was right on all of them! She was very helpful with several options on how to get to the Stadium & optimum times. Michelle never failed to ask with a beaming smile upon my return how my day went & genuinely took an interest in my experiences & gave even more suggestions for a wonderful stay. She has my gratitude for recognizing an uncomfortable situation, was diplomatically concerned & caring for me & motivated me to take quick action on this set of personal circumstances. This hotel is very lucky to have such a stellar employee like Michelle who consistently goes the extra mile. Highly recommend this hotel.

Super clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms and welcoming to pets. 24 hour coffee was awesome as was daily breakfast! Definitely great value for money and an amazing place to stay for dog shows

Antonia is awesome. I was dealing with a situation where one of my employees had his flight delayed and was going to check in very late. She was extremely accommodating and reassured me that his room would be ready for him to arrive and crash right away. I really appreciate her help and for going above and beyond for us.

Very clean room, hot shower, great hot breakfast. Quiet location, even though it is right off the Highway access road. Friendly staff, Thank You!! Would stay here again!!

Great overall experience. Nice quiet little hotel helpfully and friendly staff. As well as clean. And the outdoor pool was heated.

My room was clean and comfortable, the location was great for where I needed to go which was 4 minutes away, the service is the reason I am giving 5 stars and it all goes to ASHLEY!!! Ashley was so amazing for the brief time i met her. She made me felt like she has known me for years and had me laughing so much!! She made my stay here fun and my job is having me come back in 2 weeks for a week stay, and because of Ashley I am choosing to stay here. When I got checked in I didnt feel welcomed or friendly service at all, everyone else was very nice and sweet but I feel that Ashley goes out of her way to get to know everyone and make us feel as if we are at home in an unknown place. THAT is what brings returning guests!! I was even going to go stay somewhere else but since I met Ashley, this hotel is keeping my companies business as long as she works here.

Room was clean, service at the front desk and housekeeping was as expected. Had no issues, but I will note that the shower in room 325, the shower handle spins all the way around. So it was hard to figure out where the hot water was exactly at initially. The breakfast was nice and they kept the items stocked. Take your time pulling up to the hotel as it's on a one way street. So if you go past it, it's a hassle to work your way back.
